THE IDEA

Bring inpatient records together.

An electronic medical-records application focused on inpatient documentation and the workflows around a patient’s stay.

WHAT I BUILT

Follow the record from admission to discharge.

Built a protected clinical workspace with a Prisma and PostgreSQL data layer. Documentation flows include autosave, final review, and addenda, alongside versioned PDF output and an audit trail. The application is a technical pilot.

  • Staff roles and optional multi-factor authentication.
  • Patient and episode registration with initial assessments and a body map.
  • CPPT and SOAP notes, discharge summaries, autosave, final review, and addenda.
  • Versioned A4 PDF forms and document packages with lab attachment previews.
  • Access, change, and download audit trails, plus backup checksum tools.
